 The Course & Syllabus is prescribed by the Directorate of Elementary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Government of Orissa. The medium of teaching in the school is Oriya with English as the compulsory subject in all the classes. Usual school hour is from 7.00 am to 5.25 pm. The post-lunch session is from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm. This session is largely for vocational training programmes such as tailoring, computer training, phenyl making, agarbatti making, carpentering, food preservation and processing, gardening, plantation, floriculture, pisiculture and animal husbandry. Besides, in vocational activities students have the choice of sports, music and yoga.
